Ever wished your design could be transformed into reality? Wish no more! Learn how to make it possible and enter the world of 3D Printing. Unleash your creativity & convert your designs into actual 3D models. Get hands-on experience in the entire 3D Printing process - from concept, to design, to print-ready file. A comprehensive 2.5-hour workshop which covers everything 3D printing - from types of printers, to costs, to hangups - but specifically highlights how to be successful with your printer. 

Get introduced to Computer Aided Design (CAD) during this is hands-on session, and explore how to make sure your designs are printed successfully. We will also provide participants with resources and references to use in your MakerSpace, library or classroom.

Bring a laptop, a mouse – this really makes designing in 3D easier, -- an open mind to learn and preloaded with the software listed below (PC or Mac).
